Our Return Policy
Framesbymail stands behind all of our products. In the event there is a problem with the order due to our error, please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can issue a call-tag to get the incorrect merchandise back to us and your corrected order shipped right out to you.
Please report all damage claims to the shipper and framesbymail.com within 48 hours. We will make every effort to send you a replacement order as soon as possible in the event of a damaged shipment.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise purchased from Framesbymail.com, you may return* the item (s) within 14 days from the date the order was shipped. Once received in excellent condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item (s) returned minus a 20% restocking fee. All refunds for purchases made by credit card will be in the form of a credit to the same card used for the original purchase. Before returning an item, please email email@example.com or call 800-332-2467 for a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA)
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless it was our shipping error.
All unsolicited returns will not be considered for a refund.
