If your artwork is not matted, and you are not ordering a mat: Measure the horizontal and vertical dimensions of your artwork and input that exact size for the frame size.
If your artwork is already matted: Measure the outside dimension of your mat board, and put that exact size in for the frame size.
If you are ordering matting and a frame: In order for your artwork to fit properly, measure it and then subtract 1/4 from both the horizontal and vertical dimensions (this will overlap 1/8. on each side). Input that dimension for the mat opening. This will guarantee that your artwork will not fall through the opening we cut in the mat.
*All frames have a lip of about 1/4 on all 4 sides that holds the artwork in, unless you select to 'cut exact size' in our frameshop.
*When you are adding matting, the frame size is automatically calculated by the website when you adjust the matting borders.
