Rewards Points
Starting August 5, 2010 all online orders are eligible for Frames by Mail's Reward Points.
- Faxed, mailed and phone orders are not eligible.
- Reward Points equal 4% of an order's subtotal will be accrued.
- Reward Points will not expire.
- Points will be available for viewing under Your Account once an order is shipped.
- Once Reward Points have accrued the quantity will be visible in the shopping cart. The option to use the available points is the customers and may be chosen by clicking the "Use My Points" button.
- Shipping Charges are based on the subtotal prior to applying reward points.
- Reward Points are valid for all merchandise found on FramesByMail.com.
- Reward Points may not be applied to the shipping cost.
- Reward Points will be deducted from a customer's account for merchandise returns.
- Reward Points are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and are not able to be re-issued once they have been used.
- Reward Points are not redeemable in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
Referral Award Points
Starting September 6, 2013 Referral Rewards.
- All referral points go to the first person to submit the referral
- 2% of the purchase from the referred customer; maximum 100 Points
- All referral points are combined with reward points for your redemption
