Can you print my photos and ship them already framed?

Yes. Upload your image online, choose your print and framing options, and we will produce and ship a ready-to-hang finished piece to your door.

How do I measure artwork for a custom frame?

Use a standard tape measure and record your exact width and height. How you enter those measurements depends on your order type:

  • Frames without a mat: Enter your exact dimensions, and our system automatically calculates the correct frame allowance.
  • FrameShop (standard mats): Enter your exact dimensions, and our system automatically applies a 1/8" overlap on all sides so artwork will not fall through (you can turn this overlap off).
  • Multi-Opening Mat Designer: Openings are not auto-calculated, so manually size each opening 1/8" smaller on all sides (subtract 1/4" from total width and 1/4" from total height).
What is the difference between wood and metal frames?

Wood frames provide a classic, warm look and come in many profiles and finishes. Metal frames offer a sleek, modern style with excellent durability and typically slimmer profiles that work especially well for contemporary art and photography.
